Step by Step: Downloading Files with Changemarks

There may be times you want to review a drawing with markups but do not currently have a Review Task assigned to you.  Follow the steps below to download a copy of a drawing with markup(s). 

1. Select the Project name from either the Task or Projects tabs. 
2. Select the File tab. 
3. Select the Drawings folder. 
4. Select the Open Markups Icon.

1. The File Markups pop-up displays. Select the View checkbox.
2. Select View/Edit button.
3. The drawing with the markup displays. Select the Publish button.

1. PDF Publish Options pop-up displays. Select the Publish button. 
2. Publish Options pop-up displays. Select either Save to File or Email.
3. Follow the prompts.
