On March 6, Portland Permitting & Development and Portland Fire & Rescue staff inspected a pipe and support infrastructure that is used to transport fluids from the Zenith Energy site at 5501 NW Front Ave. to the McCall site at 5480 NW Front Ave. This investigation was triggered by a complaint submitted in January by a member of the public (25-003889-CC).

Following the investigation, City staff reviewed the City’s building regulations (Title 24), fire regulations (Title 31), and planning and zoning code (Title 33), and found the pipe and support infrastructure to be in compliance. The case has been closed as unfounded.
