What is ProjectDox?

ProjectDox is an online system for reviewing and managing building plans and documents. It allows applicants and City reviewers to communicate and complete the process online.

Public Works Permits

Public Works permits uses ProjectDox for all applicant prescreening.

How to submit your building permit application

  1. Apply online through Development Hub PDX (DevHub).
  2. We review your application to ensure it meets basic requirements.
  3. If accepted for online plan review, you’ll receive an email. The email will have instructions to upload your plans and documents to ProjectDox.
