We are required by federal, state, and city laws to make our services accessible to people who are multilingual or have disabilities.

Contact us to request access

To request translation, interpretation, or disability access services, please call our General Inquiries phone number.

Disability access services

We are committed to making our services and programs accessible for people with disabilities. You can request:

  • Materials in another format.
  • An ASL Interpreter.
  • A change to a policy or procedure.
  • Other disability-related modifications so that you or someone you know can fully access a program or service.

Language access services

We are committed to providing information to everyone in any language requested.

Language interpretation over the phone

We will provide a free interpreter.

When you call us, please say the name of the language you need, and we will have an interpreter join the call.

You can also email us to request a phone call with an interpreter and we will arrange a time to call you.

Language interpretation at events

We will provide a free interpreter.

If you need an interpreter for an event, please let us know as soon as possible.

We have the best chance of finding an available interpreter if we have five or more business days' notice. However, no matter how soon the event is, please still make the request and we will do our best.

Translated materials

We can provide translations of any information upon request. We will do our best to get translated information to you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks. Please let us know if your request is urgent.

Accessible parking

The parking entrance to the south of the building is a PSU (Portland State University) parking garage. It is a van-accessible garage with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) parking- these parking spots have ample room for a fold-out ramp.
