Effective immediately, Public Works Permitting will only hold meetings for the following project types:

  • Preconcept
  • Complex
  • As requested by project manager
  • As requested by applicant team

Once the initial fee payment is made and the ProjectDox task is completed by applicant, the meeting will be held approximately one to two weeks after the scheduled end date of the concept or design review. Due to City staff workload and schedules, this timeframe can increase up to four weeks.
