Follow the steps below to access and download reports. 

  1. Log in to ProjectDox

  2. Select the project link in the Project column to access the Project reports, drawings, and files. 

  3. Select the Reports tab. 

  4. The reports page will load an display all available reports for your project. 

  5. Select the report name or the icon in the Action column to the left of the report.
    Helpful reports include: 

    • Plan Review - Workflow Routing Slip: Displays the sequential route of all tasks for the workflow. 

    • Plan Review - All Unresolved Items: Lists the review comments, Checklists and Changemarks (markup) details for a workflow review cycle. 

    • Plan Review - Changemark Report: Displays all Changemark correction comments from each review group. 

    • Current Project - All Uploaded Files with Sheet Sizes: All uploaded files with sheet sizes within this project. Make sure sheet sizes are the same size to assist with the batch stamp process.

  6. To export reports to Excel or other file formats, select the file icon and select the file format.

    Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may need to select the Hide Parameter icon to display the toolbar.
