- Review vulnerable building types identified during Jan. 13 meeting
- Finalize benchmark year and seismic evaluation standard/upgrade standard for concrete shear wall with stiff diaphragm (C2), precast concrete with concrete shear walls (PC2), precast concrete frames with shear walls (PC1a) and buildings on liquifiable soils
- Other vulnerable building types?
- Assign seismic hazard and structural performance standard for the different vulnerable building types
- Develop list of non-structural items
- Propose timeframe for sunsetting of the proposed alternatives
