In-person services at Development Services Center available on Tuesdays and Thursdays; virtual appointments available daily

Services in the Development Services Center ↗ at 1900 SW 4th Ave. are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Limited services are available to walk-in customers; appointments are recommended. Many building permit services are available online 24 hours a day. Learn more.

Right-of-way (ROW) includes passageways such as freeways, pedestrian connections, alleys, and all streets. 

A right-of-way may be dedicated or deeded to the public for public use and under the control of a public agency, or it may be privately owned. A right-of-way that is not dedicated or deeded to the public will be in a tract. The city uses the ROW for transportation or utilities. You may need special permits to build or work in a public the ROW.
